He has worked in both Japan and the UK, and has a strong track record particularly in investing in smaller companies. He started scouting the UK market looking for acquisitions with partners in 2020/21. He is an alumnus of the University of Cambridge and has a Masters in Finance from London Business School.

Duncan was the CEO of XP Power (XPP LN) from 2003-2020. Duncan built XP Power to >£300m in revenue, while focusing on value-add products, and >£1b in market cap. At XP Power, Duncan completed 14 acquisitions. Duncan advises several companies as a non-executive.

Paul is the former CEO of Hill & Smith and the CEO of Safety Sector at Halma. He has a long track record of delivering double digit organic growth, as well as strong growth from acquisitions at highly successful decentralised industrial businesses.

Raman brings expertise on operational efficiencies, manufacturing, lean (TPS) and Kaizen to the team. He manages the Major Capital Projects team at Toyota in Canada.

Vanessa is an entrepreneur and investor at Novastone Capital Partners, and the former CEO of Laurent Ferrier. Vanessa brings a wealth of experience to the team, in M&A, company management, operations (production and supply chain) as well as consumer goods.

Adrian is Head of Business Risk / Governance at a Global Asset Manager. Adrian brings a range of experience to the team, including a legal background (regulatory / compliance, corporate, M&A) and experience across finance, governance, start-ups. He is CFA qualified.

Parag is Portfolio manager at Westwood Holdings in the US. Parag brings experience in equities (public / private), energy and renewables

Saif is Chief Investment Officer and Founder at SDGB Properties (UK). He brings expertise in UK property, construction and pharmaceuticals.
